Bio:

Caleb began his racing career in 2003 at just 7 years old, racing karts at the Bartholomew County Fairgrounds in Columbus, Indiana, the Jennings County Fairgrounds in North Vernon, Indiana, and the Ripley County Fairgrounds in Osgood, Indiana. He won his first feature race in only his third start. By the end of his rookie season, he had a feature win at all three tracks.

Caleb continued his early success and he continued to improve. During his seven years in karting, he traveled throughout Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. He was competitive every night, at every track, regardless of whether he was driving an oval kart, a champ kart, or a road course kart. He collected 45 feature wins out of the 116 that he competed in from 2003 to 2009, many of which were bigger money races, including Kartfest at Lawrenceburg Speedway in 2005. He won track championships at Columbus Kart Club in 2004 and Ben Hur Speedway in 2006, along with a runner-up finish at CKC in 2005. Beginning in 2007, Caleb did not run for points. Instead, he focused on running bigger races and traveling to different tracks to work on his adaptability. In 2009, he proved this was a good decision as he won six of the nine races he ran, and won at five of the six tracks he competed at. During the 2009 season, the decision was made to move up to TQ midgets in 2010. A car was purchased, and preparations began to compete with the Midwest TQ Racing League as the youngest competitor in the series.

Caleb continued his karting success once he moved to the TQ. He surprised a lot of people by winning a heat race on the first night driving the TQ in 2010 at the Shelby County Fairgrounds in Shelbyville, Indiana. He went on to win four more heat races during the course of the season. He nearly won the feature race at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds in Madison, Indiana, leading 14 of the 25 laps before he fell to third. This Madison race was his best feature finish of the season, although he finished inside the top ten in 12 out of the 16 feature races that he competed in. He finished 7th in the overall points and second in Rookie points for 2010. He passed 56 cars to earn 2nd in the Hard Charger Award and his 14 laps led was good enough for 7th in the Tony Stewart Leader of the Pack Challenge. Caleb was honored with the People's Choice Rookie of the Year and the Larry Rice Spirit Award for 2010.

From 2011-2014 Caleb was still racing and finishing well usually not dropping outside of the top 10. In 2015 Caleb decided to run with the UMRA King of the TQ midget Series. During this season he won his first feature win during the Michigan Nationals in Jackson, Michigan. Caleb also finished second in points and received the Sportsmanship award, the crew also recieved this award. In 2016 Caleb won his second TQ feature race at Monroe County Fair.

In 2020 Caleb moved into a Dirt Late Model and raced with the Indiana Pro Late Model Series. Caleb was able to finished 3rd in the Rookie of the Year Championship. In 2021 the decision was made to not run for points and focus more on developing the car and driver.

Whether he was racing a kart on a dirt oval, a paved road course, a TQ on the small 1/5 mile track, or behind the wheel of a 2300 lbs dirt late model Caleb has found success on the race track. With his desire to win races, Caleb is looking to continue his success well into the future, as he plans to continue moving up through the racing ranks.
